When I book a Freelancer for 10 days, will he/she work non-stop, including weekends?

When you set up a role, you can specify the expected project duration in months or weeks, as well as how many hours a week you'd like them to work. This is just an initial estimate. When you find a freelancer you like, you can discuss with them the terms of the engagement, and adjust the duration as needed.
