What is the difference between a role and an engagement?

A role is the equivalent of a work order, a published request for a candidate to do a job. An engagement describes the type of work arrangement you have.

You publish the role on our platform and include the job description, including terms and suggested hourly rate. Interested freelancers apply for your job posting. 

Based on this role, you can book one or more freelancers, for separate engagements.
