Can I unblock my account?
If you feel your account has been blocked or deactivated unfairly, or if your account has been blocked due to repeated missed deadlines, feel free to speak to our support team–they're better placed to comment on your specific case.
You can email them at talent@workgenius.com.
Unfortunately, if your ratings are below 1.0, due to unsatisfactory work results, it will not be possible to reactivate your account.
