It's simple: just click the "I'm interested" button. During the 2-minute application process, you'll be asked to provide your availability and your hourly rate.

Remember that while there is a suggested hourly rate, it's up to you and the client to agree on a rate. Until that happens, there is no commitment to proceed with the job.
