Easily Schedule Online Interviews with Our Interview Feature
You’ve applied for an exciting project, and the client now wants to get to know you better in an online interview? No problem! With our interview feature, it's easy to set up in just a few steps.
Here's how the interview process works:

Receive Interview Request:
The client can request an interview with you through their WorkGenius account. They will first enter their proposed dates and times into a calendar. -
Review Proposed Times:
Once the client has entered their proposed times, you will receive a notification. You’ll be prompted to enter the times that work best for you in the same calendar. You can see the client’s proposed times in the calendar. -
Suggest Alternative Times:
If none of the suggested times work for you, you can propose alternative times. The client will be notified of your suggestions. It's recommended to offer several times on different days to increase the likelihood of quickly finding a suitable time. -
Confirm Interview:
Once a time that works for both parties is found, you will both receive a confirmation email that includes a Zoom link for the meeting. -
Access the Meeting Link:
You can access the interview link at any time via the confirmation email or directly through the project in your WorkGenius account. -
Reminder Notification:
You will receive a reminder email 30 minutes before the interview starts.
