What types of payment requests are there and which one is right for me?

You have 2 options for submitting a payment request:
  1. Payment requests that are assigned to a specific booking
  2. General payment requests that aren't tied to a booking (known as "Direct Collaboration")
The second option is a separate procedure for certain designations, such as the 'Bring your own Freelancer' feature.
Depending on which type of payment you want to request, head to your account and click either on "Payment Requests" or "My Bookings." Please note that payment requests without an open booking may need to be activated by the client, for that booking.
