What information is verified by Hyperwallet and how long does the process take?

For EU Freelancers only:

The following information may require verification. Also note that all information provided must match the information in your Hyperwallet profile.

For ID documents

Name (first, middle, and last name)
Date of birth (note format: MM/DD/YYY)
Validity (expiration date)

For proof of address documents

Name (first and last name)
Address must be current (with a date within the last 90 days)

If everything is in order, Hyperwallet will verify the submitted documents within 2 business days, but in most cases the process is completed in just a few minutes. If more information is required for verification, you will receive an email from Hyperwallet asking for further details. This could cause an additional delay.
