How can I get in touch with a freelancer?

When you hire a freelancer for a booking, you will be able to communicate with them directly in your workspace. 

To communicate with a talent on results-based projects, you must have the chat feature enabled and activate it within the project creation stage. If you do not have this feature enabled, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
