      How do I start a Direct Collaboration?

      1. Select a freelancer from your WorkGenius workforce
      2. Click on the blue button to create a Direct Collaboration with them (the blue button is visible in ‘detailed view’) 
      3. Give this Direct Collaboration a title. For example: Project A 
      4. Specify the payment type: for example, hours worked, or by deliverable–or both 
      5. You can also specify the agreed hourly rate, and give select freelancers the option to adjust it for future payment requests
