You've posted a job on WorkGenius and are ready to meet the freelancer behind the application? No problem! Our Interview feature makes it easy to schedule an online interview in just a few steps.
Steps to Schedule an Interview:

Log in to Your WorkGenius Account:
Access your account and navigate to the relevant job posting. -
Select the Desired Candidate:
Click on “Review Candidate” and then choose “Interview.” -
Choose Your Availability:
A calendar will appear. Enter the times that work best for you. We recommend suggesting multiple time slots across different days to increase the chances of a quick scheduling. -
Notify the Freelancer:
Once you've submitted your availability, the freelancer will receive a notification to choose times that work for them as well. They'll see the slots you've proposed. -
Handle Conflicts Easily:
If none of your proposed times work for the freelancer, they can suggest alternatives. You’ll be notified to review and confirm a suitable time. -
Confirm the Interview:
As soon as a mutually agreeable time is found, both parties will receive a confirmation email with a Zoom link for the meeting. -
Access and Share the Meeting Link:
You can access the interview link anytime via the notification email or directly from your job posting in your WorkGenius account. If you want to include colleagues in the interview, simply share the link with them. -
Reminder Notification:
You’ll receive a reminder email 30 minutes before your interview is set to begin.
