Before your first project, you need to fill out your invoicing details and have them confirmed by the head of the organization. You can do this in your company page settings. 

It's also best practice to upload your company's logo and make it publicly visible, so that freelancers know who you are. It's a great way to promote your brand as well as setting the tone for an open and transparent relationship.
