WorkGenius will bill you on the basis of the budget you have agreed to pay in advance. Or, we will generate invoices for any remuneration you may have already paid to a freelancer. Your account manager can help discuss the options available to you.
You generally have 3 options for how you want to pay for assignments:
Main Cost Center
This is the default selection. If you have enough money allocated (this is known as your spending limit), you can accept payment requests, and pay the freelancer, directly. This amount would then be deducted from your balance.
Individual Cost Center
If you’ve set up different budgets for different projects, or different departments within in your company, you can choose to pay your freelancer via any of those individual cost center. Simply, click the 'edit' button on the right side of your dashboard, and select which cost center you wish to pay with.
Immediate Payment
You can always any pay the amount due, directly. Select that option and enter your payment details to complete a one-off payment. You can pay by credit card or Paypal.
